“There’s an app for that” is being replaced with “there’s a bot for that.” More and more brands are turning to chatbots to boost customer service. Domino’s Pizza has introducing Dom, an “enhanced ordering assistant bot” that allows consumers to message their orders, and Starbucks’ has launched an “Alexa-enabled voice ordering system” that lets consumers make voice command orders.
