Pottery Barn Kids is tapping into designer fashion for children’s home décor—indicating that the luxury kids’ market could continue to grow. Margherita Maccapani Missoni Amos, an heiress to Italian fashion brand Missoni, has designed a 50-piece capsule collection for the retailer, featuring bedding, furniture, accessories, wall décor, lighting, and nursery essentials. Created to reflect the “playful spirit of childhood,” the pieces are made up of “bright colors, bold patterns, and unique accents,” and are meant to be mixed and matched for a personalized look.
