Art Class was created for four-12-year-olds, a group Target says are consistently keeping up with the latest trends by looking to other teens on Instagram and YouTube, but ultimately are “eager to stand out from the crowd when it comes to fashion.” Social media influencers—like an eight-year-old surfing prodigy and a 10-year-old viral dance star—were consulted during the design process.
