Just in time for the holidays, Aerie has launched a chatbot to help young consumers bra shop. The bot, available on the Kik Bot Shop, lets users choose bra styles based on occasions, preferred fit, or style, and promotes Aerie’s body positive #AerieReal message with photos and videos. As part of the effort, the bot encourages users to share their own retouched photos and highlights models like Iskra Lawrence, who was once told she couldn’t be a model because of her big hips.
