Millennials aren’t the only generation who wants to work from home. Although a FlexJobs report found that 82% of Millennials would be more loyal to employers that provided flexible work options, a separate study has revealed that older generations may value the perk more: PwC’s NextGen study found that 66% of Gen Xers and Boomers would prefer to work from home, compared to 64% of Millennials. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, 24% of employees did part or all of their work at home in 2015— an increase from 19% in 2003. (Forbes)
