Millennials and teens don’t believe they are impulse shoppers.

Millennials and teens don’t believe they are impulse shoppers. A research study on young consumers in the U.S., the U.K., and Brazil has found that 0% say they make impulse purchases when in-store. It’s a “claimed behavior,” and Ypulse’s monthly survey actually found that 45% of 13-33-year-olds say they are impulsive shoppers, but the findings do speak to the importance the generation places on preparation before spending—even for trivial purchases. The study also found that almost three in ten U.S. Millennial and teen consumers say that shopping in a physical store is still important before making a purchase. (BizReport)
