A recent study by the site found that of its Millennial users, 11 million are considered “decision makers,” and 2 million hold marketing roles. Though Millennials make up 25% of LinkedIn members, they represent 30% of long-form publishers on the site, signifying that “Millennials are chasing great.” The study also found that the top-performing Millennials are “Social Millennials” or those who consider their “personal brand [their] responsibility” and work on standing out among the crowd.
