Teens care about what their clothes look like, but not who made them. Business Insider polled the “famously picky” young consumers, who have retailers scrambling to stay “cool,” and found less than 5% say “brand” is most important when choosing what apparel to buy. Over 56% said that “style” matters most, and “price” followed with about 31%. As for what kind of style of clothing they prefer, they were split on logos: “A slight majority—55.45%—said they don’t care if a logo is on a piece of apparel. The rest said they do purchase certain items for the logo.” (Business Insider)
