Want to keep Millennials happy at their current workplace? Make sure they’re getting paid. A recent survey from Credit Karma has revealed results that “turned perceptions of the Millennial generation upside down.” Young employees aren’t looking to job-hop, but instead three out of five 18-34-year-olds say they would like to stay at their current company for more than three years, and a quarter of 18-28-year-olds say they plan to stay put for eight years or more. However, paychecks trump loyalty: two-thirds of 18-34-year-olds say a wage increase or promotion will make them change jobs. (Glamour)
