Verizon’s mobile-only video service go90 wants to take on YouTube and Facebook to gain coveted Gen Z viewers. The platform has been focusing in on Millennials with live programming like exclusive NFL games and concert streams, but their new strategy is to “set go90 up for the future.” Their latest ventures include AwesomenessTV programs featuring YouTube vlogger Amanda Steele, a DanceOn competition series called Dance-Off Juniors, as well as a collaboration with Marvel Studios for the recently launched Marvel’s Off the Rack.
