Dissatisfaction with salaries is the top reason Millennial women are leaving jobs.

Dissatisfaction with salaries is the top reason Millennial women are leaving jobs. A study from ICEDR revealed that 65% of 22-35-year-old women rank pay as the number one reason for leaving organizations, while men chose not enough learning opportunities at their current company as their top reason.
