Dissatisfaction with salaries is the top reason Millennial women are leaving jobs. A study from ICEDR revealed that 65% of 22-35-year-old women rank pay as the number one reason for leaving organizations, while men chose not enough learning opportunities at their current company as their top reason. Other top-five reasons for both groups were: “’The work here is not as interesting and meaningful as I would like’ and ‘There is not a fair balance between how hard I work and the compensation I receive,’ respectively.” (AOL Finance)
