For Millennial men, happiness is found in family. A report by the Boston College Center for Work & Family looked into “the changing roles of modern fathers,” and found that 22-35-year-old employed fathers are “more satisfied with their workplaces and their career achievements than single Millennial men, and [are] more likely to stay with their employers.” Millennial dads are also 20%-40% more likely than Millennial non-dads to say their life is ideal and that they have gotten the important things they want in life. Those who say they share equal responsibilities with their spouses are the happiest, reporting even “higher levels of work and life satisfaction.” (CNN)
