Their interest in cooking could be contributing to their desire for organic foods, which over half of 18-29-year-olds say they are actively trying to include in their diets. But of course, they have their own approach to the kitchen: 60% of 18-34-year-olds cook recipes found on their phones and tablets, at times learning through video instead of written text.
