The 23-year-old founder of Bossbabe Inc. knows what Millennial women want. In 2014, Alex Wolf started Bossbabe Academy to share her successful strategies on how to build an online brand, and now has members paying $10 monthly to be a part of her “girl gang,” close to a quarter of a million social followers, and a subscriber base growing 30% every month. Wolf says Millennial women are seeking creative outlets at work, and value being able to “work from anywhere.” She believes the generation does want to be advertised to “when it’s done right,” and has plans to teach brands how to speak Millennial, “without sounding like a tone-deaf outsider.” (Fast Company)
