Drake owes Taylor Swift a gift basket. Drake’s “Jumpman” track has seen a 431% increase in iTunes sales since Apple Music released their ad featuring Swift on a treadmill singing along to the song. The spot promotes Apple’s curated music playlists, and the number of plays for the #gymflow playlist Swift listens to has grown 325%. The video launched on the singer’s Instagram, utilizing the platform’s new 60 second video feature, and has been viewed over 37 million times. The ad will be followed by two others that continue to “build on the idea that the viewer is part of Swift's world,” and eventually be part of a larger Apple Music campaign with more artists.
