Buick is going after Millennial females by teaming up with theSkimm. In the lead up for the unveiling of the Encore compact SUV, designed with young females in mind, the daily email newsletter featured daily depictions of readers “with her Buick, living her life.” After a week, the brand gave readers an exclusive sneak peak of the new car ahead of the NY International Auto Show. According to Buick, theSkimm was the perfect partner because, “It’s savvy. It’s funny. It’s informed. It’s inclusive. And [they] think of those as attributes of the Buick brand too.” (brandchannel)
