This year, some innovative outdoor advertisements have stood out among the clutter by focusing on passerby interaction, powerful imagery, and consumer participation. A list of “13 brilliant outdoor ads” includes Jet Blue’s detachable bus stop billboards that served as coupons for free flights, and Nivea’s dolls, which turned red in the sun to teach kids the importance of sunscreen.
