As we’ve pointed out before, some myths about Millennials on the job aren't standing the test of time. Think they’re job-hoppers? Not quite. Statistics from Boston College Center for Work & Family and KPMG show that 60% of Millennial professionals are planning to stay in their jobs to continue advancing, compared to 25% who plan to climb the ladder by moving from employer to employer. They're also shattering gender stereotypes: 51% of males would consider staying home dependent on their spouse’s income, compared to the 44% female respondents. (Fast Company)
