Fitness trackers and smartwatches will reportedly “remain hot” for the holidays, thanks to increased consumer awareness. Fitness wearable sales already increased 120% the first eight months of this year. According to a Ypulse monthly survey, 3% of 13-32-year-olds said they received a body tracking device like FitBit for the holidays in 2014, and 1% said they received a smartwatch.
