A recent study found that 57% of fans prefer to watch games at home (we know Millennials’ and teens favorites to tune in for) and many teams have seen ticket sales decline in recent years. To make in-person viewing more alluring, some teams are investing on new infrastructure to improve mobile connectivity, and new mobile experiences for fans, including in-stadium apps. (Forbes)
