The generation raised on tech is being very lenient about their own kids' device use as they become parents. According to a new study by BabyCenter, 80% of Millennial parents let their children use a smartphone or tablet, and 65% of kids start to use their parents’ devices before age three. Ypulse’s October monthly survey found that 30% of Millennial parents say it is appropriate for their children to start playing with a smartphone at or before age three. (Kidscreen)
