Millennials with MBAs are skipping the Wall Street jobs and going to startups instead. In 2014, 17% of Harvard Business grads went into technology, versus 7% in 2007. While banks are trying to adjust to young workers’ job expectations, they can’t necessarily match the allure of Silicon Valley. As one graduate said, “I think as Millennials, we see that tech is shaping our future and we want to be part of that movement.” (Fox Business)
