Goldman Sachs is using Snapchat to try to find the next generation of financial talent. The company recently became the first major Wall Street bank to use the platform to look for hires, buying a series of recruiting ads on the Campus Story feature. The 10-second clips seeking “Campus Environmental Leader,” “Youth Sports Coach” or “Crowd Funding Champion,” were seen only by those Snapchatters whose phones showed they were in or around a campus.
