The child obesity epidemic may be showing signs of improvement, but teens’ bad eating habits have not changed. According to a new report by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, one third of teens eat fast food every day—a stat that has not changed since the ‘90s. One of the report’s authors optimistically commented, “At least we’re not seeing it go up.” According to Ypulse’s research, 17% of 13-17-year-olds say they eat at fast food restaurants 5-8 times a month (about twice a week).
