This week, Jet.com spent a day creating videos that celebrated the contents of consumers’ carts—from haikus about shampoo to a barbershop serenade about the Twin Peaks DVD set. The videos were emailed to participating customers quickly after their purchases were made, and will also be used in a larger campaign. (Digiday)
