Teens’ online shopping really might be having an impact on brick-and-mortar retailers. A new survey found that only 61% of teens in the U.S. say they prefer to shop for clothing online from retailers who also have offline location—a drop from 81% in 2014. Flexible return policies from online-only retailers could be strengthening their positions with young shoppers. (Business Insider)
