Young consumers’ preference for mobile screens has been established, but the impact of the screen time is still being scrutinized. There is significant concern over the long-term effects of giving children tablets and cell phones as distractions, exposing kids to screen before the age of two, and teens’ active texting habits. But we would contend that the concerns of older generations can’t compete against the realities of modern parenting. (NYTimes)
