Since 2013, the Crisis Text Line (CTL) has been receiving texts from teens who are more comfortable typing about their problems than talking on a hotline. The data reveals where and when young people are struggling with problems like eating disorders, suicidal thoughts, bullying, anxiety, and more. (Wired)
