The Muppets are teaming up with YouTube stars to reach a new, younger audience. Kermit, Gonzo, Miss Piggy, and more are filming a series of skit and parody videos with celebrity YouTubers like VSauce, Mental Floss, Lindsey Stirling, and Barely Political at YouTube Space LA. The shorts will appear on the Muppets’ YouTube as well as YouTubers’ individual channels, with the hopes that they will draw both nostalgic Muppet fans and the fans of the digital creators. The first videoof the project has already earned over 1.2 million views. (Kidscreen)
