Who Is Happy is “Foursquare for Stoners,” and lets weed lovers everywhere share their high by checking in their anonymous geolocation, see a map of where others are getting high, and view cannabis stats. The app has potential to provide users with information about dispensaries and doctors, and could be a great collaboration for an on-demand snack delivery company. (TechCrunch)
