We’re living in the Age of Not Believing, and Millennials are wary of trusting government, news, brands, and it appears banks as well. Seven in 10 Millennials have a savings account, and six out of ten hold checking accounts. But according to a study by community financial institution Kasasa, Millennials are more likely than older consumers to feel scammed by bank fees, with 30% of the generation saying they feel scammed, compared to the 16% of adults 55 and up. The two charges that top the list of the most-hated bank fees are the monthly service fee (31% of adults) and the ATM fees (26%). (Market Wired)
