Albeit centuries old, drinking bone broth on the rise, and just a few months after Brodo, the first broth-to-go serving establishment, opened, restaurants across the country are beginning to serve up pricey cups of “the latest health fad.” The broth has been referred to as a fountain of youth, and over the last few months its supposed health benefits have made it a major trend.
