In a guerrilla campaign targeting Millennials, tourism agency Visit St. Pete-Clearwater has been placing mysterious snowmen around both cities, holding signs that read “Sunshine or bust!” and “Even I’ve had enough!” along with the URL winterblows.com. The site is full of images of snow and ice curated via the hashtag #WinterBlows, which has received 500,000 engagements on Twitter and Instagram in under three weeks. (Tampa Bay Times)
