Yelp, king of peer reviews and decider of restaurant reputations, is many young consumers’ go-to for deciding where to eat—and now they could become a go-to for actually ordering that food as well. This Monday, Yelp announced the acquisition of food ordering startup Eat24 for $134 million, moving the site into the online food delivery space and making it a direct competitor to Seamless and GrubHub.
