In one of our Instant Polls this week, we found that 43% of 13-24-year-olds say they are concerned about climate change, and some argue that Millennials are “the best chance to make sustainability the new normal” because they already care about environmental issues, and want to make a difference. At the Social Good Summit this year, the chief sustainability officer of BT challenged brands to find ways to tap into the energy of the generation, and incorporate more sustainable efforts into businesses to cater to young consumers.
