Millennial workers’ reputation for having a “me me me” and entitled attitude is widely discussed, but new research may prove that even more myths about the generation aren’t true. A recent study found Millennials could actually be more flexible employees than previous generations: 18-34-year-olds are willing to travel almost twice as long to get to work than Boomers and Xers, and are more comfortable sharing office space with their peers. Their rep for only communicating digitally is also called into question. 77% of Millennials said it was important for them to attend frequent face-to-face meetings with their employers, 10% more than Gen X candidates.
