McDonald’s might not be known for subtlety—as evidenced by their new Happy mascot—but that’s the approach the brand is taking for a new series of outdoor ads in Paris. The graphic ads show simple “street art stencil style” images of their iconic menu items, and are being called “refreshing.” This different, high-design approach might be wise to apply outside of the City of Lights, considering McDonald’s current standing with Millennials.
