We’ve talked about rethinking what selfies say for Millennial women, and according to a survey by Today and AOL, 65% of teen girls say that seeing their selfies on social media gives them a confidence boost. At the same time, 55% say that, “overall, social media makes me feel more self-conscious about my appearance” so the impact of the trend is likely a more complex gray area. (Today)
