Only 15% of Millennial women want to be the leader of a prominent organization or start-up, with 71% gearing their ambitions elsewhere; and road blocks like the inability to balance a career with parenting lead nine in ten Millennial women to agree that female leaders have to make more sacrifices than their male counterparts.
