Veronica Mars was a hit among teen girls between 2004-2007 and many Millennials still hold this show near and dear to their cutesy hearts. Creator Rob Thomas decided that he was going to revive it in movie format if he could get enough backing on Kickstarter. Guess what? He did, and it only took less than 24 hours. In the first 4 hours and 24 minutes he raised $1 million, and 6 hours later he reached $2 million. Millennial power at its finest. (USA Today)
