Animated GIFS meet Instagram with Gifstory, an app that launches next month. Users can capture 4 seconds of animated GIFS, then apply filters, and share them on social media. Currently, Cinemagram serves a similar purpose, but Gifstory is more focused on telling a story through short video clips. (Fast Company)
