McDonald’s is taking movie product placement to the next level with the launch of a new campaign called “Order That Scene” in the Netherlands, allowing consumers to order their favorite McDonald’s meals by scanning movie scenes. The concept is “See it, Scan it, Eat it.” Users need only point their phones to the McDonald’s food they see in a movie or TV show, and the same food will be delivered straight to their doorstep.
