Are you smarter than a kindergartener? Some high-priced private schools in New York are adopting a new test to administer to potential kindergarten students, and it is so hard some adults are not able to answer the questions. One of the reasons behind the new test is the fact that parents were getting tutoring for their four-year-olds and “over-preparing” for the old IQ exam. The irony seems to be that the minds of toddlers are “too raw to be judged” and any test is not able to predict their future capabilities as a student. (NYMag)
