A quarter of Gen Z in France is poor, according to a new study by the French Ministry of Health. And among Gen Z in the country, students who live on their own are the most vulnerable demographic, with two in five living under the poverty line. The French government even considered offering one euro meals to all students in the country, but the bill failed to go through ParliamentA recent survey by the charity Co’p1-Solidarités étudiantes also found that 56% of students in France do not eat as much as they would like to. YPulse’s research shows that 35% of young French consumers don’t consider themselves financially stable. (Mediapart)
