Do Millennials care about privacy online?

Do Millennials care about privacy online? Long answer short: it’s complicated. While (unsurprisingly) they want to keep certain things away from their parents’ eyes and are more likely to take advantage of privacy settings, they’re generally ok with letting sites collect their demographic information, and are more willing to give their personal information to brands if they get something out of it. For Millennials and teens, this willingness is going even farther: they’re actively sharing content with brands in the hopes that they’ll be featured on sites and social media. (Fast Company)
