Under-35 workers dominating many tech start-up staffs may be driven and hardworking, but tend towards work/life integration as opposed to work/life balance, leading to “inevitable burnout.” A lack of generational diversity also means a limited world view, and a lot of tech geared only towards 20-somethings.
