Real estate agents and brokers are using YouTube to sell homes. YPulse’s No Place Like Home trend report found that lower housing costs is what is attracting young home buyers to leave the city—and real estate agencies are reaching that demographic by turning to YouTube instead of traditional advertising. While some agents started YouTube channels years ago, sharing listings on videos has become especially useful for prospective clients who want to avoid in-person contact as much as possible. For agents, it provides more insight about the consumers as well: YouTube’s analytics and tracking allows them to see which of their listings and content are doing the best. (House Beautiful)
