Fashion titan Tapestry is luring Gen Z by focusing on their online outlets. According to the company, which owns Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Wietzman, they saw 600,000 new online customers in the fourth quarter, with more than half being Gen Z. The boost helped them beat revenue expectations for the period. The surge primarily came from their outlet business, which have become a focus over brick and mortar. During this time, the company has “altered” their outlet strategy to “fit the times” by lowering promotional activity and increasing prices in outlet channels. (Glossy)
