One hard seltzer brand is planning the “biggest digital cheers in history” for bartenders affected by COVID-19. Crook & Marker is encouraging social media users to raise their glasses (at home) for bartenders who have been financially impacted by the pandemic. With the #CheersUp campaign, consumers of legal drinking age can post selfies or livestream videos of themselves offering a toast via Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag. For each post, the brand will donate $1 to the USBG Bartender Emergency Assistance Program up to $10,000, and they are also encouraging others to donate if they can.
