Paying off their student debt is more important to Millennials than buying a home or starting a family. Thirty-five percent of 22-35-year-olds told Sofi that paying the final installment on their student loan is the greatest life milestone they could currently achieve. Only 25% said the same of becoming a homeowner and just 15% ranked parenthood the highest.
